The location was quite central. I could easily walk to nearby shops. the rooftop bar had a sunset view, alright.

The staff wasn't very friendly. upon check-in, a couple of receptionists repeated my name while laughing (i found that rude). also, i brought food to the pool area, not knowing that it was not allowed. When a staff member told me, i said that i would put the food away, but the staff member tried to grab the food from my hands. You just can't treat customers that way.

The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect. I found many food options and markets nearby. I also appreciated the competitive rates with the laundry services. The staff provided helpful and kind assistance.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to a variety of nearby amenities. Malin Plaza night market is also just a short walk away. It's approximately five minutes from the hotel. A 7-Eleven is very close for convenience.

The staff was very hospitable and warm. They provided help with tour bookings. This made planning activities convenient. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful with any requests.

Breakfast included all necessary items for a satisfying meal. The breakfast staff was amazing! The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, a very nice touch.

the rooftop pool was really nice it had great views. i enjoyed the gym it had good equipment. the staff were helpful and kind.

the furniture seemed old. the breakfast did not offer much choice. the bed was not very comfortable i requested a wake up call at 6am but i received it at 7am.
